Sextant Stays partners with 2ndKitchen for Virtual Room Service

US: Property operator Sextant Stays has announced a partnership with 2ndKitchen, a virtual room service platform, across eight locations in New Orleans and Miami.
2ndKitchen enables businesses to serve food to customers using menus from local restaurants. By establishing virtual kitchens within existing restaurants, the company can provide customised room service to operators without a kitchen.
The service will initially be available across eight Sextant properties, including The Brandywine, The Lola, Factors Row, Motorworks, Bourbon Place, and Maison Baronne in New Orleans, as well as Habitat Residence and The Current in Miami.
Sextant Stays combines the amenities of hotels and vacation rentals into one business. The group controls the entire building of each site.

Included in every Sextant property is a 21.5” wall-mounted touchscreen, offering a virtual concierge service and now food delivery. Guests can scan the QR code or swipe to explore nearby restaurants.
