Located along Lake Michigan, 1350 and 1360 Lake Shore Drive is a two-building, 740-unit multifamily community in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.

The Challenge
To attract new residents and reduce turnover in its community, 1350 Lake Shore Drive has invested in world-class amenities, both in-unit and community amenities, for its residents. From stainless steel appliances, a rooftop deck, an integrated fitness center, a dog park, and more, the high-end residential community knew the investment in amenities would have high ROI.
However, in a highly competitive market – combined with COVID-19 forcing the property to put restrictions on its community amenities – 1350 needed to engage its residents in an innovative, yet COVID-safe way.
